The World Trade Center San Francisco (WTC-SF), a licensed member of World Trade Center Association serves our partners from around the world by offering foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities and a pathway to immigration to the United States through the EB-5 Visa program. Since its inception in 2013, the WTC-SF has marketed EB-5 investment projects, as well as private direct investment in oil production in the United States. At WTC-SF our core focus is building opportunities, relationships, trade, and wealth. Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Michael Mattox has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years, and held positions as Marketing Director and Director of Business Development at several international companies. Mr. Mattox has owned several businesses, worked with economic development agencies at both the state and local levels and was an Adjunct Professor of Marketing for St. Martin’s University in the United States and Shanghai, China. He is founder and current CEO of Access U.S. Oil and Gas, Inc., CEO of World Trade Center San Francisco, founder of Access the USA, LLC. (AUSA) and currently its Managing Member. AUSA is a Washington limited liability company and managing entity of Washington Regional Center, a USCIS designated regional center. AUSA and Washington Regional Center have raised EB-5 financing to purchase bonds for the 520 Bridge Replacement project in the State of Washington and have obtained I-924 approval for that project.
Ms. Clarita Mattox is president of the World Trade Center San Francisco. For the past 25 years she worked in various aspects of the real estate industry, including leasing, sales, and development. In the past several years, she has been involved in trade development with the Port of Olympia in Washington State.
Ms. Mattox attended Washburn University and Kansas University where she studied business and languages. She has served as president of the Tumwater Chamber of Commerce, the Chair of the local American Cancer Society Resource Center, and is a graduate of the Thurston County Leadership Program. Ms. Mattox is fluent in the English and Spanish languages, and is a member of the women’s golf club at Indian Summer Golf and Country Club.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Derek Watson started his career as a consultant and auditor with Deloitte & Touche in the Capital Markets Group, rising to the level of Senior Manager. Subsequent to his time at D&T, he formed Financial & IT Consultants to assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, database design/management, and process automation. Mr. Watson is currently the Chief Financial Officer of World Trade Center San Francisco. He holds a Master of Business degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University.
